Mindfulness with Mustangs: Brushing Talaka

Happy September! It’s been quite a year in so many ways. I am deeply grateful for all the clients who have entrusted me with their estate plans, trademarks, business formations, contracts, and other legal matters. This year has been so hard on so many people. We all need to take time to find that place of calm that still exists in the midst of chaos. In gratitude to all of my clients, I offer you this video of Mindfulness with Mustangs: Brushing Talaka.

As you watch it, match your breathing to the brushing. With each brush stroke on Talaka’s back, exhale. Let go of any thoughts that come to you while you are doing this. Do not judge yourself for anything, including that you think you are breathing wrong or that you can’t get let go of your thoughts. Just keep breathing. Be in the moment as the brush moves along Talaka’s side. The only sound in this video is the very soft ambient noise in the area as the video was made.
